Liz’s love for Duluth began the first time she topped “the hill” and saw Lake Superior and the Aerial lift bridge in the distance. She can remember that moment like it was yesterday. Liz grew up in Shoreview, MN but always loved being north. For Liz, Lake Superior, the smell of the pines, the call of the loons, and the nightly stars are music to her soul. Liz has lived in the Colorado mountains, Portland Oregon, Savage MN, and even did a small stint in Chicago, but in 1995 Liz became clear that she belonged in Duluth. Fortunately, Liz’s husband, John, also felt “the call” to return to Duluth—the city where they met in 1986. Together Liz and John took the leap of faith and relocated here. Liz and John love the quality of life in Duluth, and they feel blessed to have raised their two boys in such a beautiful city. Liz loves to hike her dogs, swim, cross-country ski, backpack, fat-tire bike, and water ski. This area affords Liz her family the opportunity to do all the activities that they love.
Liz’s love for real estate began as a strong interest in architecture, a passion for designing spaces, and an obsession of looking at properties for sale! Buying and selling many houses over the years, Liz learned firsthand not only what it was like to be a Buyer, but also what makes a great agent. In 2005, Liz obtained her real estate license, became a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and joined Century 21-Gilderman & Associates.
In 2016, Liz was inspired to create Seven Bridges Realty while hiking the scenic Seven Bridges Road in Duluth. Liz believes that having her own small boutique real estate company allows her to continue serving her clients while also affording her greater ability to positively affect the local community through charitable work and giving. Since Liz’s adventure began, Liz has succeeded in becoming a multi-million dollar producer and has helped many clients through the adventure of buying or selling a home. Liz is forever grateful for the trust that her clients place in her, and Liz goes above and beyond to help her clients traverse confidently in the direction of their dreams.
